Is The Decision Maker Right For Me?
Absolutely! I start at the beginning and show you every step of the journey from having an initial idea right through to building such a successful business that you’re ready to employ staff. And if, like many people, scary business terms intimidate you, don’t worry because I’ll demystify all of those for you.
The laws are different in every country, state, and even sometimes between towns. So what I do in this course is point out the legalities you need to address, and the potential pitfalls and traps where you need to be cautious. In our practical activities, I will get you working through all of the legalities. And in certain cases, I’ll advise when it’s best to seek a lawyer’s input.
If you do all of the lessons and all of the practical activities, you will have everything you need to operate your business successfully and from a solid foundation.
Throughout the course I do recommend numerous services that I have used and found to be effective in my own business. I also give more general advice as well, because I want you to be able to create business procedures that suit you.
I think you would get a lot out of the course! The Decision Maker shows you how to start your own business, using my experience of starting a cleaning business, but what I'll show you can be applied to building other businesses too.

No, I never store any credit card information. I use Stripe.com, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available. Card numbers are encrypted while decryption keys are stored on separate machines.

Working Through The Course
There are 8 modules, which are broken into 4-6 short lessons. You’ll get a new module every two weeks. I’ll send you practical activities in each module to get you actually building your business. There’s a lot to do to get your company up and running, but this allows you to take it all on in a digestible way. You have lifetime access, so the lessons will always be here for you.
You’ll need to dedicate about 45 minutes a week to the lessons, and then I recommend another 4–5 hours per week putting what you've learned into action. That said, it’s up to you how much time you want to schedule during the week to work through the practical activities. It’s your business to grow at a pace that suits you.
You most definitely can – you have lifetime access to the course, so you can watch the videos whenever you like, and as many times as you like. I do recommend watching in the order the videos are released, because I teach the steps for starting a business progressively, right from brainstorming initial ideas to perfecting your operations and staffing procedures.
New modules will be unlocked every two weeks. I’ve designed the course this way so that you can progress as the weeks go on. If you’ve already watched the videos in this module, that’s great – you have even more time to dedicate to applying the lessons in this module to your own business!
Any big binder will work, but I recommend going for one that’s sturdy and good quality, as you will be using it a lot as you build your business.
